This beautiful villa is the ideal place to enjoy a perfect vacation in the Riviera Maya.The villa offers all the comforts to relax in the rooms or in the common areas, both indoors and outdoors.
LOCATION:
Located 8 minutes from downtown, 10 min from ZAMNA, 15 mins from the beach area, 3 min from the main avenue that connects the entire city and 5 min from Colonia La Veleta.
Villa Black is located in Jabin Village. It is a small growing neighborhood still close to the jungle, with quiet neighbors and a country atmosphere.
Villa Black has 4 bedrooms:
1. Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom
2. Bedroom with king size bed (second floor)
3. Bedroom with double bed (second floor)
4. Bedroom with double bed and shower at the first floor.
5. Additionally the living room can be converted into a room with king size bed if you wish.
The villa has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Thinking of travelers with families and party travelers.
WIFI:
To avoid issues the villa has 2 internet services. Always there’s a good WiFi service.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighbors are familiar and very friendly. I live 5 minutes from the house, so I can help you with whatever you need.
